How and when do I pay for services?
Like most health care providers, we expect to be compensated at the time of service. While some private insurance companies reimburse for complementary medical treatment and therapy, some do not. It is the patient's responsibility to confirm their plan's coverage and file claims. In many instances, we can offer our patients a payment plan based on their income. This financial assistance is offered for all services with the exception of non-therapeutic massages. To participate in this program, you must receive approval from The Wege Institute prior to receiving services and have a physician's referral for requested services.
